Set two years later after the events of the original Mass Effect, players control Commander Shepard as they team up with Cerberus, a human supremacist organization that resurrected them after their violent death from an unknown force, to investigate why human colonies are being abducted. It was later ported to the PlayStation 3 on January 18, 2011.
